WHO IS TIGER TIME?

Tiger Time is partnership between Jerry and Anna Davis and Craig and Mandy Preston.  The two families are raising their kids (7 total) in the Yampa Valley and have been friends for almost 10 years.  Both familes have a passion for sports and education.  

Jerry decided he wanted to supply Hayden athletes and families with a way to watch livestream video of sporting events.  Starting with livestreaming on his i-phone and doing a little bit of announcing. In the short time in operation he's moved up to a nicer camera and computer equipment that can livestream from multiple locations and scoreboard capabilities.  He must of missed his calling and should of become a broadcaster.  He does an amazing job at commentating the games and entertaining our audience.  You can feel his enjoyment and understanding of the game when you listen to him.

Mandy has been a professional photographer in the Yampa Valley for the last 12 years.   She has taken everything from newborn, senior, families and some weddings but found that taking pictures of sporting events was her favorite.  About 5 years ago, she quit charging for traditional pictures and committed the majority of her time and effort on sports photography.  She's never charged for her time or pictures because she loves how it makes the kids light up to see a picture of themselves that looks like a picture of a pro athlete. 

When Jerry started livestreaming the games, it just made sense to join forces to provide media service to the student athletes of Hayden Valley Schools.  We're a  small school that doesn't always have the amenities that larger schools do.  We want our services to be as professional looking as possible so we intend to keep up our skills and equipment to be on par with the best in larger schools, at no charge to our students and families.

In order to purchase needed equipment and supplies, as well as pay for fuel and entrance to events, the money has to come from somewhere.  We rely on local businesses and familes to provide sponsorship money that then goes directly back into Tiger Time.  If you are interested in supporting please click on the sponsorship link.
